WorleyParsons Posts Higher H1 Profit

reported an increase in its fiscal first-half profit. WorleyParsons' net profit for the period surged to 155.1 million Australian dollars (US$155.8 million), versus estimates of A$157 million. WorleyParsons raised its interim dividend to 41.5 Australian cents, from 40 cents. WorleyParsons shares closed at $26.23 yesterday.
