Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

United Technologies (NYSE: UTX) announced its plans to sell its UTC Power fuel cells unit to ClearEdge Power. United Technologies shares declined 0.76% to close at $82.54 on Friday.

General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) bought Applied Physical Sciences for an undisclosed amount. General Dynamics shares dropped 0.54% to $70.02 in after-hours trading.

Shares of Walgreen Co (NYSE: WAG) fell 3.30% on Friday after the company reported a drop in its fiscal first-quarter profit. Walgreen shares close at $36.31 on Friday.

Diamond Hill Investment Group (NASDAQ: DHIL) confirmed the payment of its special dividend of $8.00 per share. Diamond Hill shares fell 0.02% to $70.05 in the after-hours trading session.

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) bought all the assets of CDL Systems Ltd. However, terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Lockheed Martin shares fell 0.02% to $93.11 in the after-hours trading session.
