Cummins Moves Q3 Earnings Report to Wednesday October 31

today announced that it will delay by one day the reporting of its quarterly earnings results for the third quarter of 2012, due to the U.S. Stock Exchange temporarily closing because of Hurricane Sandy. Results were initially scheduled to be reported on Tuesday, but have now been moved to Wednesday, October 31. “We know that safety of people is paramount and we certainly understand the decision to temporarily close the U.S. stock exchanges. We will provide our results on Wednesday and our thoughts are with the communities that may be impacted,” CEO Tom Linebarger stated.
