SK Innovation Q3 Net Profit Down 71.9%

SK Innovation Co reported a 71.9% drop in its consolidated third-quarter profit. SK Innovation's quarterly net profit fell to 509.7 billion won ($465 million), from 1.8 trillion won, in the year-earlier period. However, analysts were expecting a net profit of 530.4 billion won. Its operating profit fell 24.7% to 648.7 billion won from 861.9 billion won, while sales gained 7.5% to 18.5 trillion won.
