Wall Street expects General Mills (NYSE: GIS) to report its FQ1 earnings at $0.62 per share on revenue of $4.08 billion. General Mills shares rose 0.46% to $39.49 in after-hours trading.
Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) announced its plans to buy HPK Financial Corporation for $27.5 million. Wintrust Financial shares fell 1.41% to close at $37.83 yesterday.
Analysts expect AutoZone (NYSE: AZO) to report its Q4 earnings at $8.42 per share on revenue of $2.8 billion. AutoZone shares gained 0.13% to close at $357.84 yesterday.
Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) lifted its quarterly dividend by 15% to $0.23 per share. Microsoft shares dropped 0.27% to $31.09 in after-hours trading.
Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV) priced a public offering of $700 million senior notes at a rate of 3.500%. Fiserv shares gained 0.31% to close at $72.06 yesterday.
