Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) priced its public offering of $350 million principal amount of 3.750% Senior Notes. Tech Data shares gained 2.03% to close at $50.35 on Friday.
Wall Street expects LDK Solar Co Ltd (NYSE: LDK) to post a Q2 loss at $1.43 per share on revenue of $237.47 million. LDK Solar shares surged 2.42% to $1.27 in after-hours trading.
Shares of RDA Microelectronics (NASDAQ: RDA) surged 8.98% on Friday after the company declared a special dividend of $1.20 per American depositary share. RDA Microelectronics shares closed at $11.16 on Friday.
Orexigen Therapeutics (NASDAQ: OREX) announced its plans to offer up to $150 million in mixed securities. Orexigen shares dropped 4.32% to $5.32 in after-hours trading.
