K12 (NYSE: LRN) reported a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit. K12 shares jumped 12.02% to $23.95 in after-hours trading.
W.W. Grainger (NYSE: GWW) is expected to report August sales results. W.W. Grainger shares rose 1.53% to close at $206.78 yesterday.
Pluristem Therapeutics (NASDAQ: PSTI) intends to offer shares of common stock and warrants to buy shares of its common stock. Pluristem Therapeutics shares tumbled 8.81% to $4.14 in the after-hours trading session.
