Strategic Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BEE) reports second-quarter FFO of $0.11 versus the estimated $0.10 per share, beating by +10%. Revenues came in at $201.4M versus the estimated $203.96M, missing by -1.3%.

Strategic Hotels Q2 total revpar rose 7%. BEE reaffirms forecast YR FFO.
