SNS Reaal Q1 Net Profit Down 8%

reported an 8% decline in its first quarter net profit. Its quarterly net profit declined to EUR23 million. Net profit at SNS Reaal's core activities came in at EUR87 million. Net profit at its insurance business was EUR77 million. The property finance unit reported a net loss of EUR64 million.
