UPDATE: CDI Posts Higher Q1 Profit

CDI Corp (NYSE: CDI) posted a higher first-quarter profit.

Net income attributable to the company climbed to $3.8 million, or $0.20 per share, versus $694,000, or $0.04 per share, in the year-ago period.

Its revenue climbed 9% to $280.6 million.

CDI shares closed at $17.74 yesterday.
