Caixabank Q1 Net Profit Drops 84%

Spain's Caixabank SA reported an 84% fall in its Q1 net profit. Caixabank's quarterly net profit dipped to EUR48 million, versus EUR300 million, in the year-ago period. Its net interest income climbed to EUR883 million from EUR801 million.
