Stocks To Watch For April 2

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ: GRPN) revised down its FQ4 revenue and profit. It revised its FQ4 net loss to $65.4 million on revenue of $492.2 million. GRPN shares dipped 5.93% to $17.29 in after-hours trading.

Shares of Finish Line Inc (NASDAQ: FINL) dropped 16.26% on Friday after the company issued downbeat first-quarter earnings forecast. FINL shares fell 0.09% to $21.20 in the after-hours trading session.

Analog Devices Inc (NYSE: ADI) reported that it has acquired Multigig Inc. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. ADI shares gained 0.21% to $40.48 in the after-hours trading session.

Vanguard Natural Resources LLC (NYSE: VNR) and its subsidiary VNR Finance Corp announced the upsized pricing of a public offering of $350 million of senior unsecured notes at a public offering price of 99.274%. VNR shares fell 0.17% to $27.57 in after-hours trading.

Align Technology Inc (NASDAQ: ALGN) reported its 2011 earnings at $0.57 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $0.60 per share. Its revenue climbed 15.8% y/y to $213.2 million, versus analysts' estimates of $226.4 million. ALGN shares gained 1.10% to close at $27.55 on Friday.
