General Growth Posts Narrower Q4 Loss

General Growth Properties Inc (NYSE: GGP) reported a narrower Q4 loss.

General Growth posted a quarterly loss of $367.8 million, or $0.39 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $1.14 billion. Its core funds from operations rose to $0.29 per share, from $0.23 per share. Its revenue rose 0.9% to $719.6 million. However, analysts were expected FFO of $0.28 per share on revenue of $683 million.

General Growth shares gained 0.54% to close at $16.67 yesterday.
