Dr Reddy's Reports Upbeat Q3 Net Profit

Dr Reddy's Laboratories reported an 88% surge in its third-quarter net profit. Dr Reddy's consolidated net profit climbed to 5.13 billion rupees ($104.36 million), up from 2.73 billion rupees, in the year-ago period. Income from sales and services surged 46% to 27.7 billion rupees. However, analysts were expecting a net profit of 3.99 billion rupees on sales of 24.42 billion rupees.
