Stocks To Watch For January 10

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Juniper Networks Inc (NYSE: JNPR) lowered its fourth-quarter forecast. JNPR shares fell 2.09% to $21.08 in after-hours trading.

Wall Street expects SYNNEX Corp (NYSE: SNX) to report its FQ4 EPS at $1.14 on revenue of $2.82 billion. SNX shares rose 1.48% to close at $31.54 yesterday.

Alcoa Inc (NYSE: AA) swung to a fourth-quarter loss of $193 million, or $0.18 per share, from a year-ago profit of $258 million, or $0.24 per share. Excluding one-time items, Alcoa lost $34 million, or $0.03 per share. Its revenue gained 6% to $5.99 billion, versus $5.65 billion. However, analysts were expecting a loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $5.72 billion. AA shares gained 0.80% to $9.50 in after-hours trading.

Liz Claiborne (NYSE: LIZ) now projects adjusted FY12 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $125 million to $140 million, versus its earlier forecast of $130 million to $150 million. LIZ shares dipped 12.89% to $8.65 in the after-hours trading session.

Tiffany & Co (NYSE: TIF) is expected to report its December sales results. TIF shares gained 1.81% to close at $66.94 yesterday.
