Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) announced its plans to buy Inhibitex Inc (NASDAQ: INHX) for around $2.5 billion for hepatitis C treatment. INHX shares gained 2.49% to close at $9.87 on Friday, while BMY shares rose 0.18% to close at $34.22 on Friday.

IPC The Hospitalist Co Inc (NASDAQ: IPCM) lowered its full-year view. IPCM shares gained 1.44% to close at $45.65 on Friday.

Wall Street expects Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc (NASDAQ: SCHN) to report its FQ1 profit at $0.26 per share on revenue of $788 million. SCHN shares dropped 2.26% to close at $43.70 on Friday.

Lululemon Athletica Inc (NASDAQ: LULU) reported that its founder Chip Wilson will resign as chief innovation and branding officer. LULU shares gained 3.03% to close at $53.68 on Friday.

Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc (NYSE: MMI) issued downbeat fourth-quarter revenue forecast. MMI shares fell 0.39% to close at $38.46 on Friday.
