MOS shares surged 3.21% to $77.41 in after-hours trading.
Wall Street expects Family Dollar Stores Inc (NYSE: FDO) to report its FQ1 EPS at $0.61. FDO shares gained 0.89% to $49.75 in the after-hours trading session.
Sonic Corp (NASDAQ: SONC) reported its FQ1 net income at $0.12 per share, up from $0.10 per share, in the year-ago period. SONC's same-store sales dropped 2.4% in the recent period. SONC shares rose 0.99% to $10.20 in after-hours trading.
Analysts are expecting Worthington Industries Inc (NYSE: WOR) to have earned $0.26 per share in the second quarter. WOR shares moved up 0.79% to close at $19.18 yesterday.
Trident Microsystems Inc (NASDAQ: TRID) lowered its Q4 projections. The company now projects revenue of $115 million to $120 million, versus its earlier forecast of $130 million to $140 million. TRID projects its adjusted Q4 operating loss of $18 million to $22 million, versus its earlier loss forecast of $4 million to $8 million. TRID shares dipped 17.80% to $1.57 in the after-hours trading session.
