Directors of UGI Corporation

approved an increase in the quarterly dividend of 4% to $0.26 a share on the company's common stock. This increases the annualized dividend rate to $1.04 per share. The dividend is payable July 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2011.
