QAD Declares Dividends

QAD Inc. (NASDAQ: QADI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share of Class A common stock and $0.05 per share of Class B common stock payable on April 25, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2011.
