UTC Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.425

United Technologies Corp.'s

board of directors today declared a dividend of 42.5 cents per common share payable Dec. 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Nov. 19. The ex-dividend date is Nov. 17. UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 74 consecutive years dating to 1936.
