Apco Declares Quarterly Dividend $.02

The board of directors of Apco Oil and Gas International Inc.

has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 2 cents per share on the company's ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on Oct. 26, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 19, 2010.
