Occam Networks Inc (NASDAQ: OCNW) climbed 35.35% to $7.16. OCNW has agreed to be purchased by Calix Inc (NASDAQ: CALX) for about $171 million, or $7.75 per share, representing a 47% premium to Occam Networks' closing price on Wednesday.
Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ: PRIMU) shares advanced 17.97% to $7.55. The Board of Directors of PRIMU has agreed to adopt the trading plan under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act, 1934, with CJS Securities Inc for facilitating the common stock purchase warrants buyback.
Fuqi International Inc (NASDAQ: FUQI) shares surged 16.45% to $7.15. FUQI has opened a new expanded jewelry showroom in Shenzhen.
