Dress Barn Inc (NASDAQ: DBRN) reported its Q4 net income at $0.52 per share, up from $0.40 per share, in the year-ago period. The company would have posted its earnings of $0.47 per share on an adjusted basis. DBRN's revenue increased 78% y/y to $710.9 million. However, the analysts expected the company to earn $0.49 per share on $686 million in revenue. DBRN's shares lost 0.98% to $24.20 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ: RIMM) to have earned $1.36 per share in the second quarter. RIMM's shares gained 0.40% to $45.70 in after-hours trading.
The board of GameStop Corp (NYSE: GME) had approved the $500 million buyback plan, after the yesterday's closing bell. The repurchase plan comprises $300 million to buyback shares and $200 million for retiring its senior notes. GME's shares rose 3.50% to $19.24 in the after-hours trading session.
FedEx Corp (NYSE: FDX) may post its FQ1 profit of $1.20 per share. FDX's shares moved up 0.94% to $86.75 in after-hours trading.
