RealNetworks Inc (NASDAQ: RNWK) has purchased Canadian company Backstage Technologies Inc. The company has not disclosed the financial details of the deal yet. RNWK's shares lost 2.34% to close at $2.92 yesterday.
Analysts are expecting AAR Corp (NYSE: AIR) to have earned $0.29 per share in the fiscal first quarter. AIR's shares moved down 0.74% to close at $17.55 yesterday.
