Starbucks Corporation SBUX stock gained more than 2 percent early Monday morning after announcing a new agreement with Nestle. As part of the agreement, Nestle will pay the coffee chain $7.2 billion for the rights to market, sell and distribute packaged coffee and tea in all of its at-home and away-from-home channels.

Ceragon Networks Ltd CRNT was trading higher by nearly 6 percent in reaction to its first-quarter results. The wireless backhaul specialist company said it earned 4 cents per share in the first quarter on revenue of $83.275 million. Wall Street analysts were expecting the company to earn 3 cents per share on revenue of $79.78 million.

Auris Medical Holding AG EARS stock gained more than 15 percent in reaction to a favorable update from the European Medicines Agency. The clinical-stage company that focuses on developing neurotology therapies said it received positive Scientific Advice from the EMA's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use related to the development plan and regulatory pathway for AM-111, its investigational treatment for acute inner ear hearing loss.

Electronic Arts Inc. EA was trading flat ahead of its Tuesday's earnings report. The company is expected to earn $1.04 per share in its fiscal fourth quarter on revenue of $5.68 billion. The video game company has consistently beaten EPS estimates over the last several quarters, but reported sales misses in its fiscal third and second quarters.

Achieve Life Sciences Inc ACHV gained more than 8 percent. The clinical-stage company that focuses on commercializing cytisine for smoking cessation announced the UK Intellectual Property Office granted the company a patent on cytisine succinate salt, which acts as a high binding affinity to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor
