The worst performing industries in the market today are:

  • Toy & Hobby Stores: This industry slipped 2.9 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc BBW, which fell 2.8 percent. Build-A-Bear shares have dropped 39.74 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 13.43 percent in the same period.
  • Photographic Equipment & Supplies: This industry declined 1.4 percent by 11:00 am with GoPro Inc GPRO moving down 3.3 percent. GoPro shares have dipped 66.47 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 13.43 percent in the same period.
  • Processed & Packaged Goods: This industry fell 1.3 percent by 11:00 am ET. Campbell Soup Company CPB shares dropped 5.5 percent in today's trading. Campbell Soup reported weaker-than-expected earnings for the fourth quarter.
  • REIT - Hotel/Motel: The industry dropped 1.2 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was DiamondRock Hospitality Company DRH, which declined 4 percent.
