Interactive Intelligence Group Inc ININ shares gained 5.6 percent to reach a new 52-week high of $59.81 after the company agreed to be acquired by Genesys for $60.50 per share in cash.
Beneficial Bancorp Inc BNCL shares touched a new 52-week high of $15.00. Beneficial Bancorp shares have surged 20.10 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 10.34 percent in the same period.
