PDC Energy to Acquire ~57K Net Acres for ~$1.5BThe Deal

PDC Energy, Inc.

announced Tuesday, that it has agreed to acquire two privately held companies managed by Kimmeridge Energy Management Company for approximately $1.5 billion. The deal includes approximately 57,000 net acres in Reeves and Culberson Counties, Texas with an average working interest of approximately 93 percent. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 of 2016. PDC Energy closed at $63.62 on Tuesday, down $0.01.
