The company's MD for Mostra, Tobias Schafter, said, "ICF Mostra's approach to communications is to view each activity as its own unique opportunity for engagement. In orchestrating each campaign, ICF Mostra combines deep experience in communication strategy development with innovative services and technological advancements to deliver maximum impact in the near-term while supporting wider communication needs based on each client's specific purpose and objective."

ICF said that its Mostra was a full-service, integrated communications agency with a 25-year history supporting the communications needs of the EC and specifically EASME and its parent Directorates-General.
