New York REIT Dividend Offers 5.1% Yield

revealed that its board has declared a dividend of $0.038333333 per share for the month of July. On an annualized basis, it worked out to $0.46 a share. The dividend offered a yield of 5.1 percent. New York REIT said that the dividend would be payable on July 15 to eligible shareholders. The company has fixed the record date of July 8 for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders. On Tuesday, the stock traded 1.79 percent higher.
