AT&T Invested Over $2.3 Billion To Upgrade Enhanced Reliability, coverage, speed and Performance

disclosed that it invested over $2.7 billion in three-year period between 2013 and 2015 in its Dallas-Fort Worth – Arlington wireless and wired networks from 2013 to 2015. According to the company, those investments were meant to fuel upgrades to improve the reliability, speed, coverage, and overall performance for residential, as well as, businesses. The telecom service provider said that it made 269 network upgrades in the Dallas Forth worth –Arlington area in last year. The company claimed that it made 27 new cell sites and 239 additions o network capacity. AT&T's President for AT&T Texas, Dave Nicholas, said that "We're committed to providing our customers fast, reliable, highly secure connectivity. We want them to be able to access the Internet at any moment, from almost any device and from anywhere. Our continued investment in Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington brings a host of new, innovative opportunities for residents and businesses." The telecom firm said that its ongoing investments were its fast, reliable network that enabled its residents and businesses to have something in its residential, and businesses. The stock traded 0.19% down on Monday.
