Lionbridge's GeoFluent Customer Care Solution Selected By Kemper

, revealed that Kemper Corporation has selected its GeoFluent as its Omnichannel, Omnilingual customer care solution. According to the company, Kemper would be able to eliminate customer language barriers across all channels by providing contact center agents with real-time translation through voice, virtual and agent-assisted multilingual chat, email, mobile, social, SMS and more. Lionbridge's SVP and GM, Marc Osofsky, said that "Our relationship with Kemper demonstrates our commitment to delivering innovative translation solutions that create a superior customer experience across languages, channels and platforms. By choosing GeoFluent, Kemper is able to distinguish itself as a provider that delivers consistent, high-quality omnichannel, omnilingual customer care to all clients." Similarly, Keper's First Notice of Loss Manager, Kelly Trochak, commented, "In the insurance industry, we cater to a wide variety of customers across the nation, and it's crucial to be able to provide superior customer service in real-time, regardless of the language our customers speak. Lionbridge said that Kemper engaged with customers in forty-four languages within the first month of its GeoFluent implementation. As a result, Kemper was delivering high-quality, consistent customer engagement across languages and channels without having to hire native speakers or build new in-country contact centers. On Tuesday, the stock traded 1.2% down.
