late Tuesday. DreamWorks had a market cap of $2.3 billion at the close on Tuesday. DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, in response to the report, is said to have indicated that would leave the company in the event of a Comcast takeover. DreamWorks Animation closed at $32.20 on Wednesday, up 18.73%.

announced Wednesday that it has agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., for $35.05 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 of 2016. ExamWorks closed at $36.00 on Wednesday, up 7.24%.
Avery Dennision to Acquire Mactac Europe for €200MThe Deal
