revealed that its board has appointed two persons in the management category. The first one was Carey Ford as its SVP and CFO while the second one was Veronica Foley as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. The company's President and CEO, Kevin Neveu, commented that "Both Carey and Veronica have consistently demonstrated the depth of their knowledge and expertise in their respective disciplines, as well as their significant leadership in the execution of Precision's business plans and strategies." He added further that "They are to be commended for their past performance and we look forward to the many contributions they will continue to make to responsibly and profitably grow our Company and support our High Performance, High Value strategy in the years ahead. This smooth leadership transition is a testament to our strong succession plan and offers the continuity that will serve the business interests of the Company and shareholders alike." Precision Drilling disclosed that Carey joined the company in 2011 as VP, Finance and Investor Relations and in 2015 was elevated to the position of SVP, Operations Finance. Before joining the company, Carey had a ten year career in accounting, private equity and investment banking with a focus on oilfield services. Similarly, Veronica joined Precision in 2010, and most recently served as VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary. Before joining the company, Veronica worked seven years for a large multinational law firm, in its Houston and New York offices.
