Mitel Networks to Acquire Polycom for $1.96B in Cash and StockThe Deal

announced Friday, an agreement under which Mitel will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Polycom common stock for approximately $1.96 billion, consisting of $3.12 per share in cash and 1.31 Mitel common shares for each share of Polycom common stock. Based on the closing price of a Mitel common share on April 13, 2016, that would equal $13.68. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 of 2016. Polycom closed at $12.02 on Friday, down 2%.
E-House Enters Go-Private Transaction for $6.85/Share in CashThe Deal

announced Friday, that it has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with E-House Holdings Ltd. its Merger Sub, and E-House Merger Sub Ltd., to acquire E-House for $6.85 per ordinary share or ADS. The deal is expected to close during H2 of 2016. E-House closed at $6.55 on Friday, up 4.3%.
Boyu, Hillhouse, Sequoia Announce Prelim. Non-Binding Offer to Buy Autohome

The Offer
:

A consortium including James Zhi Qin, Boyu Capital, Hillhouse Capital and Sequoia China announced Friday, that they have submitted to the board of directors of Autohome Inc.

to acquire Autohome of $31.50 per Class B common share and $31.50 per ADS. The consortium will form an acquisition company to execute the transaction and will finance the deal with equity from members, plus bank financing. Autohome closed at $32.15 on Friday, up 6.6%.
Xura in Talks to Sell Company for $25/ShareThe Talks

is currently engaged in exclusive talks for the potential sale of the company to a third party for $25 per share, according to President and CEO Philippe Tartavull. The announcement was made along with release of preliminary estimated unaudited results for Q4 and FY ended January 31, 2016. Xura closed at $20.70 on Friday, up 4.33%.
AstraZeneca in Internal Talks Regarding Medivation Bid/b> The Rumor:
AstraZeneca AZN is said to have held internal talks regard a potential bid for Medivation MDVN, according to sources as reported by the UK's Sunday Times.The sources say AstraZeneca has been reviewing Medivation for a potential offer, but has made no formal offer. Last week, Bloomberg report that Medivation rejected an approach by Sanofi . Medivation closed at $51.17 on Friday, up 4%.
