Parker-Hannifin To Announce Q3 Results On April 26

Parker-Hannifin Corp PH disclosed it would announce the financial results of the third quarter on April 26 before the market opens. It would hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the same date.

Parker-Hannifin said the company would discuss its financial numbers with the investors and analysts during the call. There would be questions and answers and that the conference call would be webcast simultaneously on Parker's investor information website at www.phstock.com, with an accompanying slide presentation.

The company indicated the call would be archived on the site and would be available for replay later that day.

Street analysts expect the company to report earnings of $1.43 a share and $2.82 billion for the third quarter. In the last four quarters, its earnings missed only once and came in above the expectations in three quarters.

On Friday, the stock traded 1.8 percent higher.
