AptarGroup Declares Cash Dividend of $0.30 A Share

revealed that it declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents a share payable in cash. According to the company, the dividend would be payable on May 18. However, the company has fixed April 27 as the recorded date for determining the eligible shareholders to get a dividend. Additionally, AptarGroup said that it would hold a conference call on April 29 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss its first quarter results for 2016. The company indicated that the conference call would last approximately one hour. AptarGroup said that a replay of the conference call could be accessed for a limited time on the Investor Relations page of the website. Street analysts expect the company to report earnings of 72 cents a share and revenue of $585.15 million for the first quarter. On Friday, the stock rose 0.43%.
