Verint Systems Inc. VRNT disclosed it would execute the customer engagement optimization solutions to improve quality, as well as slash costs. According to the company, it has extended its investment and would be employing workforce maximization, as well as, customer analytics software to support its member services operations.
Verint Systems said the organization could leverage a complete set of capabilities by leveraging its solutions from its customer engagement optimization portfolio.
The company said using its engagement management proved to be a successful experience. That included solution for case management, employee desktop, knowledge management, email management, co-browse, live-chat and web-self-service.
Verint Systems said the complementary solutions have also focused on creating a more holistic omnichannel service environment thus advancing quality apart from supporting the over 25 million member subscribers' requirements.
On Friday, the stock closed at $34.94.
