Benzinga's Experience With Comcast: A Channel Check?
Channel checks are always helpful. Benzinga had its own unfortunate experience with Comcast this week. After having several internet issues at the beginning of the year, we had almost a month of service.
Internet cuts out at Benzinga HQ (Don't worry, we have backup 4G).
A subcontracted tech arrives and determines the issue is with the line into the building. We are assured a team will be out that evening to resolve the line issue. No one arrives.
No rep arrives to repair lines. Benzinga calls and is assured someone will be out Thursday. Despite promises we will be called with updates, no calls arrive.

After 3 calls, a tech came to look at our hardware. However, he was unable to resolve the problem and said another service-person will need to come.
Shares of Comcast closed at $61.60 on Friday.
