10 Stocks Moving In Thursday's Pre-Market Session


Gainers

Wynn Resorts, Limited WYNN shares rose 6.62 percent to $95.48 in pre-market trading as the company announced Wynn Paradise Park in Las Vegas.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals Intl Inc VRX shares gained 6.62 percent to $36.40 in pre-market trading after Board member and Pershing Square CEO Bill Ackman said the company might have a new CEO in a matter of weeks, rather than months. The move seemed to be driven by reports the company had received majority approval from creditors to revise its loan agreements. Valeant also reported that it has received lender consent for credit facility amendment.

SolarCity Corp SCTY rose 3.36 percent to $28.92 in pre-market trading as the company reported that it has closed a $150 million non-recourse financing facility with Credit Suisse for commercial solar and battery storage.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY shares rose 3.05 percent to $50.30 in pre-market trading as the company reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter and declared its first-ever quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share.

Bio Blast Pharma Ltd ORPN shares rose 1.24 percent to $2.45 in pre-market trading after gaining 7.56 percent on Wednesday.

Alder Biopharmaceuticals Inc ALDR shares fell 2.58 percent to $25.25 in pre-market trading. Alder BioPharmaceuticals priced 5,376,344 shares at $23.25 per share.

Yahoo! Inc. YHOO shares fell 2.35 percent to $35.80 in pre-market trading after gaining 0.69 percent on Wednesday.

eBay Inc EBAY shares fell 2.28 percent to $24.85 in pre-market trading after ChannelAdvisor released its March same-store sales report, which included disappointing data for the online marketplace operator, which saw same-store decline 0.2 percent.

MediciNova, Inc. MNOV shares fell 1.13 percent to $8.72 in pre-market trading after dropping 1.12 percent on Wednesday.

Apollo Education Group Inc APOL shares fell 0.87 percent to $8.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported a wider-than-expected loss for its second quarter. The company also reported that it is withdrawing its prior outlook given on Q1 earnings call on January 11, 2016.
