. Back in October 2015, talk circulated of a bid of $91.00 per share for the company founded and headed by Marc Benioff. Spokespersons for Salesforce and Microsoft were not available for comment. Salesforce.com closed at $72.73 on Wednesday, up 1.44%.

announced Wednesday, that it has entered into a definitive agreement with China Neptunus Drugstore Holding Ltd. and Neptunus Global Limited, to be acquired for $2.62 per ADS. The merger is expected to close during Q3 of 2016. China Nepstar closed at $2.45 on Wednesday, up 2.51%.
Coherent to Acquire ROFIN-SINAR for $32.50/Share in CashThe Deal

announced Wednesday, that their Boards have unanimously approved an agreement under which Coherent will acquire ROFIN for $32.50 per share in cash, in a transaction valued at approximately $942 million. The deal is expected to close within six to nine months. ROFIN-SINAR closed at $22.91 on Wednesday Down $0.03.
