Western Digital announced its intention to acquire SanDisk for $19 billion, or $86.50 per share on October 21, 2015 for. Alken says that's too much of a premium from the price at the end of September 2015. SanDisk closed at $66.64 on Monday, down 3.27%.

Wall Street Journal
later reported that United Technologies had rejected the approach from Honeywell on antitrust concerns. Honeywell told Benzinga, "We have no comment." United Technologies did not respond to a request for comment. United Technologies shares rose 6.35% on Monday, to close at $93.88.
Oracle Buys Ravello SystemsThe Deal

Oracle announced an agreement today to acquire Ravello Systems. All Ravello employees will be joining Oracle as part of Oracle Public Cloud. Terms were not disclosed. Oracle closed at $37.11 on Monday, up $0.33.
