Apple Pay Making Inroads To Credit Unions

According to 9 To 5 Mac, Apple Inc. AAPL has added dozens of additional banks and credit unions across the U.S. to offer support for its mobile payment service, Apple Pay.

9 To 5 Mac added that Apple Pay partners now total more than 1,000 financial institutions across the U.S. in addition to 15 financial institutions across the United Kingdom.

Shares of Apple were trading lower by around 1.5 percent at $96.64 early Thursday afternoon.
