Gainers

Royal Gold, Inc (USA) RGLD shares rose 10.23 percent to $43.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 2.36 percent on Wednesday.

Expedia Inc EXPE shares rose 10.15 percent to $103.93 in pre-market trading after the company reported quarterly results.

Tripadvisor Inc TRIP shares rose 8.45 percent to $58.94 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported stronger-than-expected Q4 results.

Skechers USA Inc SKX shares rose 6.42 percent to $28.85 in pre-market trading. Skechers reported downbeat Q4 earnings, but the company's revenue exceeded analysts' estimates.

Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO shares rose 5.91 percent to $23.84 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter fiscal 2016. Management announced it will add $15 billion to its share repurchase program, and boosted the stock’s dividend yield to 4.6 percent, or $0.26 per share -- payable on April 27 to shareholders of record as of April 6.

Tesla Motors Inc TSLA rose 3.42 percent to $148.59 in pre-market trading. Tesla reported weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter. However, shares surged on the back of better-than-expected delivery guidance and a Gigafactory update.

Losers

LivePerson, Inc. LPSN shares fell 16.50 percent to $4.20 in pre-market trading. LivePerson reported better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter, but the company issued a weak forecast.

Incyte Corporation INCY fell 14.26 percent to $62.00 in pre-market trading. Incyte reported Q4 earnings of $0.30 per share on sales of $182 million. The company also announced plans to discontinue the Phase 3 study (JANUS 1) of ruxolitinib plus capecitabine.

Mylan NV MYL shares fell 12.37 percent to $44.29 in pre-market trading after the company announced plans to buy Meda AB in a $7.2 billion deal.

Zynga Inc ZNGA shares dropped 9.39 percent to $1.93 in pre-market trading. Zynga reported Q4 results, breaking even on earnings and exceeding revenue expectations. However, the company's outlook was pessimistic, however, coming short of analyst expectations.

Twitter Inc TWTR shares fell 7.14 percent to $13.91 in pre-market trading. Twitter reported upbeat earnings for its fourth quarter, but the company issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter. The social network's monthly active users came in flat for the quarter, an average of 320 million monthly active users.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. ATVI shares fell 5.31 percent to $28.55 in the pre-market trading. Activision Blizzard is expected to post its quarterly earnings after the closing bell.
