Alon Blue Square Announces Grant by Court of Temporary Stay of Legal Proceedings vs Mega Retail

 (the "Company") announced today that in furtherance of the filing by its subsidiary, Mega Retail, of a voluntary request with the District Court in Lod, Israel for a stay of proceedings, the court granted a temporary stay of legal proceedings against Mega Retail until otherwise decided by the court.  The court set a hearing for tomorrow morning Israel time to discuss the application by Mega Retail.
