Lucas Energy, Inc.

announced Thursday, that it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire working interests in producing properties and undeveloped acreage. The bulk of the production is from the Hunton formation holding approximately 43,000 gross acres in central Oklahoma. Lucas will assume $31,350,000 in commercial bank debt, issue 552,000 shares of a newly designated form of convertible preferred stock, issue 13,009,664 shares of common stock, and pay $4,975,000 in cash. At the closing, Lucas will change its name to Camber Energy, Inc. The deal is expected to close in FY Q1 of 2016. Lucas Energy closed at $7.30 on Thursday, up 342%.

iDreamSky Technology Limited

announced Thursday, that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Dream Investment Holdings Limited and Dream Merger Sub Limited, to acquire the company for a $3.50 per Class A and Class B ordinary share of the company or $14.00 per ADS. The merger expected to close during Q2 of 2016. iDreamSky Technology closed at $13.39 on Thursday, a gain of 0.90%.

Shire Plc

is said to be in advanced talks to acquire Baxalta Inc.

for about $32 billion in cash and stock, or$46.50 to $48 a share, according to sources as reported by

on Sunday. The sources say a deal could be announced as early as this week. A spokeswoman for Shire declined comment on the rumor, while Shire did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Baxalta closed at $39.03 on Thursday, a loss of $0.07%. Shire lost almost 2%, closing at $205.00.
