European shares were mostly higher today. The eurozone's STOXX 600 jumped 0.51 percent, the Spanish Ibex Index fell 0.36 percent, while Italy's FTSE MIB Index gained 0.07 percent. Meanwhile, the German DAX climbed 1.25 percent, and the French CAC 40 surged 0.88 percent, while U.K. shares fell 0.24 percent.
