Semtech Announces Newly Expanded 1.5W Zener Diode Family Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/406M

, a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced the 1N4460 and 1N4461, two new additions to its growing portfolio of rectifiers, Zeners, and transient voltage suppressors, which are qualified on the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime Qualified Product List (QPL) and designed to meet the high reliability requirements of some of the most demanding applications, including satellites, industrial machinery, automobiles and medical equipment.
