CMTL announced plans to acquire TeleCommunication Systems for $430.8 million. KaloBios Pharmaceuticals Inc KBIO shares touched a new 52-week high of $24.53 after jumping 75.48 percent on Friday. KaloBios Pharma named Martin Shkreli as CEO and announced a new financing.
