A$1.55M) via a placement of shares at A$0.05 per share (Placement) to Nyenburgh Investment Partners (NYIP). Nyenburgh Investment Partners (NYIP), based in the Netherlands, is a specialist healthcare investor. Founded by Alexander Jordaan, Dave van Mastwijk and Ivar van der Salm, NYIP takes long term positions in life sciences companies globally with a specific focus on biotechnology.
